I think most coupons, like the newsletter one, are just for their regular collection. Custom work is already like, a whole different ballgame price-wise so they probably don't discount it.

Yeah, I think it depends on how complex it is and if they have all the stones in stock. My friend's simple custom band was quicker, maybe a month.

For standard engagement rings (not custom ones), I think you usually have 30 days. Custom pieces are a different story though, those usually aren't returnable because they're made just for you.

Yeah, if it's a custom ring, you're probably out of luck on returns. But for regular, off-the-shelf stuff, I remember seeing they have a pretty standard return window.

It's real gold! I have a necklace and a ring from them, both are solid gold. They specify the karat on the product pages too.

All their fine jewelry is real gold, like 14k or 18k. They don't do plated stuff as far as I know, it's actual fine jewelry quality.

Pachulah felt a lot more personal to me. Their custom options are amazing, and the quality of the settings felt a bit more unique than Vrai's more standardized stuff. Plus, the lab diamonds are certified the same way.

I went with Pachulah over Vrai because I liked their unique stone options better, especially for salt and pepper diamonds. The craftsmanship was top-notch. Vrai is good too, but Pachulah felt a little more 'boutique' if that makes sense.
